Datasource Reports, Inc. does not store records for all individuals.  Therefore, we do not have credit information for everyone.  If we have previously received your permission to obtain credit information for a report that we've prepared (i.e., Tenant Screening, Employment Screening, Association Report), you may request the information we have on file for you by writing to us.  The following information is needed:

• Your full legal name
• Your date of birth
• Your Social Security Number
• Your current address
• If less than 2 years at current address, your prior addresses up to 2 years
• A copy of a government issued photo id (driver's license, passport, etc.) or a utility bill with your name and your current address.

Otherwise, please contact one of the 3 agencies below.  You are now allowed to obtain a free copy of your report per year directly from the credit union.
